Before we get started:

• Make sure you have had a chance to schedule a showing
• We cannot rent to sex offenders, or recent/drug violence charges
• Evictions, with few exceptions, are a no-go for renting
• The app will NOT be ran until after the full fee is recieved
• All adults have to submit their own app (you can do that at the end)
• Any animals must be declared on the app
• Any new pets or adults can result in eviction
• Criminal activity can result in eviction
